WD = Withdrawn
EXC = Excluded

- Tyres abbreviations used in championship tables:
A = Avon
B = Bridgestone
C = Continental

- Power unit parts abbreviations used in grid penalties notes (2014+):
ICE = internal combustion engine
TC = turbocharger
MGU-K = motor generator unit-kinetic
MGU-H = motor generator unit-heat

- Grey background in Constructors Championship Table = No such cars appeared in current GP.
- Red background in Drivers Championship Table = Formula 2 entries in current GP.
- No laps (only time) for the top-positioned-drivers means they completed as many laps as winner.
- All speeds are in kilometres per hour.
- 'Total' in 'Lap Leaders' section means summary of all leading laps in the whole race for the current driver or car (for the relieved cars).
- 'Avon (1-3, 5-6), Michelin (7-16)' in 'Tyres' section of Constructors Championship table means the team used Avon tyres in races number 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and Michelin tyres in races 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16.
It could be the same type of car used different tyres for different drivers (especially in 1960s). For example: 'Dunlop (1-2), Goodyear (1-10)'.
'Goodyear (2), Dunlop' means the team used Goodyear tyres in race number 2 and Dunlop tyres in all other races.
